Electro Trade Company is hiring a Senior Sales Executive for a Senior Sales Executive job in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on running trade and project sales so the company grows and makes strong profits.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out the sales and marketing plan for trade and project sales to keep Electro Trade strong in the market.
  • Meet yearly sales targets and gross profit plans.
  • Find and open new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Plan customer visits and open new accounts where there is demand.
  • Give pre-sales and after-sales support so customers stay happy.
  • Teach internal and external customers about products and give expert advice.
  • Lead the sales team in building an annual marketing calendar.
  • Work with the warehouse team to deliver products on time.
  • Support sales forecasts and stock planning with accurate trader data.
  • Study local pricing trends and suggest product prices to managers.
  • Help move slow-selling products and share market feedback with management.
  • Improve the sales process using Kaizen ideas.
  • Build and keep long-term relationships with key clients.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Industry or business knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of the Qatar market.
  • Follow company values and policies closely.
