About The Role
Blending Multi-Brand Creativity with AI-Driven Execution. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing efforts across Pronto and its portfolio of designers. This is not a single-brand role. You will operate in an agency-like environment, managing and creating for multiple brands, each with its own identity, audience, and positioning.
You should be comfortable working across different styles, moving quickly from idea to execution, and leveraging modern tools, especially AI, to enhance creative output and efficiency. Above all, you will be expected to ensure that the work performs, driving real engagement, growth, and brand value.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across Pronto (designer launches, collections, platform features)
- Manage content and storytelling for a portfolio of designers and brands, adapting tone and direction accordingly
- Lead social media growth and oversee content strategy across platforms
- Coordinate shoots, creative direction, and production across multiple brand identities
- Work with creators, influencers, and external partners where relevant
- Help organize fashion popup and networking events occasionally
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights
What You’ll Need
- Experience in a fast-paced agency or multi-brand environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on experience using AI tools within marketing or creative workflows
- Strong understanding of content strategy, platform dynamics, and audience engagement
- Ability to adapt quickly across different brand voices and aesthetics
- Strong execution skills: able to move from idea to delivery efficiently
- Clear communication and a strong sense of ownership
