Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)
Weekly Off: 1 day off per week
Salary: QAR 6,500 (Full Package – inclusive of all allowances)

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Procurement Officer (Fresh Flowers) to manage the sourcing and procurement of fresh flowers for ongoing operations in Doha. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong knowledge of the local and international flower market, supplier coordination, and inventory control. The project offers stability with the potential for long-term extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Procure fresh flowers locally and internationally in line with quality and cost requirements
Maintain strong relationships with local and international flower suppliers
Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders proactively to avoid shortages
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and freshness standards
Maintain basic procurement documentation, purchase records, and supplier details
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams to meet operational requirements
Requirements
Proven experience in procurement of fresh flowers or related perishable goods
Strong knowledge of flower suppliers, markets, and sourcing practices
Experience managing stock levels and vendor coordination
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Immediate availability preferred
