Roles and Responsibilities:
–ย ย ย Provides translation to all media material
–ย ย ย Drafts and translates documents requested by the department
–ย ย ย Receive and Edits media releases on client activities, projects, services etc. and prepares material for media publication.
–ย ย ย Conducts instant translation when required
–ย ย Reviews the Arabic and English translation of materials
–ย ย Review publications request materials before send it to print house
–ย ย Drafts and translates material for PR internal communication
–ย ย Attend events to provide instant translation and proofreading of media material and coverage when required
–ย ย Write and edit social media content.
–ย ย Manage social media content calendar and update it.
–ย ย Research and develop content ideas create engaging content for social media platforms.
–ย ย Write press releases and opening speeches,
–ย ย Proofreads and translates PR material for publications, campaigns, and advertisements
–ย Work along with legal department to Translates agreements and contracts
–ย Assists in translating & editing translated documents of different departments that do not have translators
–ย Proofreads and edits, brochures & bulletins for the department
–ย Performs other related duties as needed upon request by the immediate supervisor.
–ย Write and translate the institution CEO , directors & managers speeches
–ย Maintains records of communication section activities at office, within a computerized database for ease of future reference.
