• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role in the oil
and gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best
practices.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and industry
regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information with discretion.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational
and time-management skills.
