Position: Senior Maintenance Sales Engineer

Qualifications & Role Expectations:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Maintenance Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: A proven track record of 3-8 years in technical sales, preferably within maintenance services, engineering solutions, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong technical background and a comprehensive understanding of maintenance practices, equipment, and industrial processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and nurture strong client relationships, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Results-Driven: A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required to manage documentation and communication effectively.
  • Sales Target: Demonstrated experience in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Legal Status: Must possess a transferable visa in Qatar.
  • Driving License: Hold a valid Qatar Driving license.
