Position: Nurse – Psychiatry

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an Equivalent degree.
2. Valid Primary license from the country of origin (if applicable).
3. Eligibility for a license from the Licensing authority in the State of Qatar to practice Healthcare Profession (Qatar Dataflow and Prometric Qualified).
4. Up-to-date CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points.
5. Previous psychiatric experience is a prerequisite for consideration.
6. Applicants from Egypt and Lebanon with a three-year bachelor’s degree are eligible.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Profound knowledge of clinical services and systems.
2. Thorough understanding of administrative services and systems.
3. Ability to develop a proficient understanding of Qatar-based criminal justice services and systems.
4. Experience in nursing within the mental health and addictions field.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills, self-organization, and communication abilities.
6. Competent IT skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet software, and health management information systems.
7. A talent for motivating others, cultivating relationships, and coordinating responses for prospective patients and external agencies to ensure expedited admission and high-quality care delivery in appropriate settings.
