Doha Care Services is looking for an HR / Recruitment Officer to join its team in Qatar. This is a healthcare-focused HR role where you will manage hiring from start to finish, with a strong focus on nurses and allied healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final hiring.
  • Recruit nurses and allied healthcare professionals, where possible.
  • Handle license applications with the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP).
  • Support the wider HR work of the company.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Experience running the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Experience with DHP license applications is required.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid NOC.
  • Immediate joining is required.
