Location: Ras Laffan, Al Khor, Qatar

Role Overview: We are seeking a Female Administrative Coordinator who must be under husband or father sponsorship (Family Visa) for this position. The role is based in Ras Laffan, Al Khor, Qatar.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order modifications, adjustments, and cancellations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Oversee weekly timesheets, follow up on invoicing, and handle import and export shipments.
• Responsible for managing petty cash, maintaining the asset register, overseeing insurance matters, and optimizing asset utilization.
• Maintain comprehensive records related to staff, including health and safety records and annual leave tracking.
• Collaborate with service providers and offer suggestions for enhancing existing services.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Record and manage client contact information.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Candidates must hold a local dependent visa or family residence visa.
