Position: Unit Clerk (Arabic Speaker) – Healthcare Background Type: Temporary (6 months) | Immediate Start Eligibility: Under FAMILY SPONSORSHIP or FREELANCE Salary: 5,100 QAR (full package)

Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Records and Data:
    • Compile, process, and protect patient records and data in compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
    • Manage patient records for check-in, admission, care, orders, check-out, and discharge.
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with division requirements.
    • Assist in collecting information for advanced research and reports.
  2. Ambulatory/Outpatient/Day Cases Unit:
    • Manage daily clinic flow, respond to ad hoc requests from the clinical team.
    • Respond to operational team requests, collecting data on statistics and key performance indicators.
    • Register and check out patients.
    • Receive payments for consumables, deposits, or services.
    • Print patient lists for the day.
  3. Hospital/Inpatient Unit:
    • Manage patient records for internal and/or external transfers.
    • Book patient follow-up appointments before leaving the unit.
    • Print patient lists for medical rounds/patient activity.
