Job Responsibilities
Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Trusted Thin Client Lead to support the AFCENT Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) contract in Doha, Qatar.
The Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Lead the system administration efforts for TTC server and client environments, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the TTC system, providing technical guidance and leadership to team members.
- Develop and implement processes for proactive monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Perform administrative tasks involving TTC server and client hardware, software, applications, and configurations.
- Ensure the Trusted Thin Client system is operating efficiently and securely, contributing directly to mission-critical operations.
- Implement network security protocols and enforce cybersecurity best practices to safeguard sensitive information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing immediate and sustainable solutions for the TTC system.
- Manage a 24/7 operational environment that provides on-call support as needed and coordinating responses to incidents and maintenance needs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and integration of TTC systems across broader operational initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise, fostering a learning environment, and providing performance feedback.
- Develop training programs and documentation for both internal team members and end users, ensuring consistency in system understanding and usage.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to provide updates, resolve issues, and drive system improvements.
- Global travel up to 10%
Minimum Qualifications
- Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
General Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising personnel
- DoDM 8140 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher; and Citrix Certified Professionalâ€Virtualization (CCPâ€V) or Citrix Certified Professionalâ€Networking (CCPâ€N), or equivalent certification
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering or related field, and 4 years’ software development / engineering experience; or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering or related field, and 6 years’ software development / engineering experience; or 8 years’ experience software development/engineering experience
