We are looking for Talent Development Manager for International Medical Company (Kulud Pharmacy)

-Candidate should have 8-12 years of relevant experience
-Arabic speaking would be preferred.

Responsibilities:
1-Articulate company Talent Development Framework (TDF).
2-Manage Employee Appraisal system
3- Conduct people development analysis and identify areas for improvement.
4-Develop Training curriculums & plans
5-Implement effective people development programs.
6-Coah employees on how to improve performance.
7-Design effective careers plan and paths for high potential candidates.
