Designation: Receptionist
Location: Doha Qatar
Job Responsibility:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
– Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
– Provide general information to clients and visitors
– Assist other administrative staff with overflow work
Requirements:
– High school diploma or with Bachelor’s Degree
– Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Professional appearance and attitude
– Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Customer service attitude
– With Valid QID and can join immediately
