The Real Estate industry operates on a commission basis, meaning that it is imperative to have sufficient funds in place before making this move. This role is not your average 9-5 working hours and for you to be successful you have to consider this as running your own business. What you put in is what you get out!

At Steps Real Estate Qatar, we provide you with the necessary training, tools, resources, latest technology, marketing and admin support to help you succeed in this industry.

On another hand, Steps Real Estate provides competitive commission structures. We provide you also a brokerage license, Marketing and admin support (which you have to pay for it with other companies).

*Transportation 🚗
A Qatari driving license and your own vehicle are mandatory requirements for Real Estate related positions.

*Experience and Qualifications 💻
We are open to all backgrounds and experience levels, as we will give you the needed information and extensive training upon joining the company.

Sales experience is not mandatory to get the job, but might give you a competitive edge.
