Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Oversee and lead the salon team, ensuring smooth daily operations, assigning tasks, and providing support and guidance to staff members.
Target Achievement: Drive the team to achieve sales and service targets, ensuring the salon meets its goals.
Social Media Marketing: Create and implement social media campaigns to promote services, engage with customers, and increase online presence.
Client Relations: Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring an exceptional client experience at all times.
Salon Operations: Handle inventory management, appointments, and other administrative duties to ensure the salon runs efficiently.
Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for salon staff to ensure skills are up-to-date and the team operates at its best.
Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
4 to 7 years of experience in salon management or a similar leadership role.
Social media marketing experience, with the ability to create engaging content and campaigns.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
Passion for the beauty industry and delivering exceptional customer service.
