Lead the project team, manage project change, establish effective communication channels, and ensure that the project conforms to the envisioned plans.
Prepare project plans and follow up on their implementation.
Identify the relationships between the stakeholders involved in the Project.
Take the necessary actions to obtain the needed resources for the project
Ensure proper assignments distribution among subordinates
Monitor the implementation of project activities and take appropriate decisions to correct deviations.
Monitor project timeline, cost, scope, and quality and make decisions to adhere to the plans.
Manage the relationship with the vendors, monitor their performance, and supervise the overall contract management.
Ensure that the requirements are properly collected, documented, and agreed upon by the project stakeholders
Establishes a reporting system that links its organizational functions internally and externally with project owners, investors, local authorities, executing companies and suppliers.
