Position: Procurement Specialist

Location: Doha, Qatar

Industry: Roads/Drainage/Wastewater

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably in the water/wastewater industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
  • Degrees from North America, West Europe, or Australia are highly preferred
  • Proficiency in compiling Tender Documents, preparing Bills of Quality, interim claim evaluation, and final account is mandatory
  • Extensive experience in the construction sector with a proven track record in procurement and contracts
