KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.   Operations Management
·        Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
·        Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure a smooth workflow

2.   Financial Performance
·        Develop and manage budgets, monitoring sales, expenses, and profitability
·        Implement cost control measures and strategies to achieve financial targets

3.   Inventory & Procurement
·        Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
·        Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement

4.   Quality Control
·        Ensure consistent food and service quality, adhering to established standards
·        Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet and exceed customer expectations

5.   Customer Satisfaction
·        Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards
·        Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly

6.   Marketing and Community Engagement
·        Develop and implement promotional strategies
·        Build positive relationships with the local community and seek opportunities for community engagement

7.   Leadership and Team Development
·        Lead, mentor, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver unparalleled customer service
·        Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and high morale
·        Recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews for restaurant staff

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the F&B Industry
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Background in Procurement & Accounting
-Flexibility to work varied shifts
-Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have valid (QID, Passport)
-Available immediately
