We’re Hiring: Junior Project Manager

– Project Planning: Collaborate with senior project managers to develop project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for branding projects.
– Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Client, designers, Site Supervisors, and Senior Project Manager, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
– Client Interaction: Assist in managing client relationships, gathering project requirements, and providing regular project updates to ensure client satisfaction.
– Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
– Quality Assurance: Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed the quality standards set for the project.
– Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
– Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications.
– Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
– Duration: 3 months
– Duty: 12 hours including 1 hour break time
– Location: Doha
