Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating and organizing of QAFCO events, the participation of QAFCO in internal/ external conferences, exhibitions and campaigns.
  • Writing and producing presentations and reports.
  • Recording Minutes of Meeting/Updating Documents/ Maintain Filing and Inventory.
  • Coordinate the handling and movement of items from and to, the PR Stores.
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of PR items.
  • Should Have a Valid Qatari Driving License, or is able to obtain one.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations or Business Management with minimum 5

years’ experience in events and protocol or a related field in a reputable

organization.

Communication

  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Positive attitude to work in a multicultural environment.

Skills Required

  • MS Office advanced knowledge.
  • Ability to write business or technical reports, presentations or relevant
  • correspondences.
  • Effective teamwork.
