Key Responsibilities: As an AI Developer, you will:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models, adhering to sprint-based development cycles for incremental outcomes.
  • Utilize your programming prowess in languages like Python, R, or Java to create efficient and effective AI solutions.
  • Apply your deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, LLMs, Reinforcement learning, and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Leverage your expertise in Natural Language Processing, with a focus on text generative AI, to drive innovative projects.
  • Work proficiently with popular machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
  • Manipulate and analyze data using tools like pandas, NumPy, or MATLAB to extract valuable insights.
  • Utilize cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for seamless AI model deployment.
  • Innovate and problem-solve creatively, contributing to the development of groundbreaking solutions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams, showcasing your excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Embrace continuous learning, staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies to remain at the forefront of innovation.

Professional Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role, with a demonstrated focus on developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • A solid grasp of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, LLMs, Reinforcement learning, and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Preferred experience in Natural Language Processing and knowledge of text generative AI.
  • Proficiency in popular machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
  • Expertise in data manipulation and analysis using tools like pandas, NumPy, or MATLAB.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a knack for innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective teamwork in cross-functional environments.
