Responsibilities: We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the role of Accountant. The selected candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing all accounting transactions effectively and accurately.
  • Preparation of budget forecasts to support financial planning.
  • Timely publication of financial statements.
  • Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings efficiently.
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable for accuracy.
  • Ensuring prompt and precise bank payments.
  • Calculation of taxes and preparation of tax returns.
  • Management of balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Regular reporting on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
  • Conducting audits of financial transactions and documents.
  • Upholding the confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
  • Utilizing experience with ERP solutions to enhance financial processes.
  • Preferred: Experience within a contracting company environment.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proven experience with ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and expertise in tax return preparation.
  • Familiarity with balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to ensure the confidentiality of financial data and conduct thorough audits.
  • Experience within the contracting industry is preferred.
