About the job

The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with clients in order to understand their objectives. This candidate will be able to provide creative solutions and deliver these solutions using strong presentation skills. Additionally, they should have experience in managing people.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of account managers and overseeing their day-to-day jobs.
• Providing guidance to Account Managers.
• Writing proposals and presentations for customers to land new accounts.
• Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing clients.
• Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
• Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.
• Taking project briefs and managing the progress and production of client projects.
• Meeting with existing and potential clients.
• Building long-term relationships with clients.
• Monitoring client satisfaction post-sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.
• Address customers’ concerns in a timely manner.
• Manage challenging situations that may affect clients.
• Identify customers’ needs and wants.
• Write and submit reports to the clients and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification
• 5+ years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience in managing people and teams
• Possess a creative mindset
