We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of immigration procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of files and documents.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage the end-to-end daily operations tasks given.

·       Provide guidance and assistance to clients regarding documentation requirements, application procedures, and timelines.

·       Maintain accurate records of all immigration-related activities and documentation.

·       Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

·       Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

·       Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.

·       Previous experience in a same field would be a plus.
