Elegancia Steel is looking for a Sales Engineer for steel fabrication work in Qatar. This bilingual role suits an engineer who understands structural steel and enjoys winning new projects. It is a good fit for someone who wants a sales job in Qatar with a strong technical side.

Responsibilities

  • Find and win new business in steel fabrication and steel construction.
  • Work on project acquisition across EPC, Oil & Gas, industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the Qatar and GCC construction market.
  • Keep client and sales records up to date in a CRM system.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in steel fabrication and structural steel.
  • Good knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection works and steel construction projects.
  • A proven track record in business development.
  • Experience writing proposals and using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Arabic language skills are highly preferred, and a strong network in the Qatar or GCC market is a plus.
