Qanwati Consultation is looking for an experienced Luxury Mall Manager to join its team. This is a management job in Qatar, and the role focuses on running mall operations while keeping high retail and service standards for shoppers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily mall operations and keep premium service standards.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with luxury brands, retailers and tenants.
  • Coordinate leasing, track tenant performance and monitor occupancy rates.
  • Create plans to grow revenue, footfall and mall profit.
  • Lead luxury events, marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Supervise facilities, security, housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Manage budgets, operating costs and overall financial results.
  • Make sure the mall follows local rules, safety standards and company policies.
  • Lead and develop mall management teams.
  • Watch market trends, competitor activity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Arab nationality, as stated in the advert.
  • Proven experience in luxury mall management in Bahrain or the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury retail brands and tenant management.
  • Good leadership, commercial, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
