Hiring: Social Multitalented Creative – VML Qatar
We’re looking for a new kind of creative.
A hybrid talent who can design, shoot, edit, and think, all within the fast-moving world of social.The Role:
You’ll be part of a creative team shaping always-on content and campaign ideas for leading brands in Qatar.
This is not a “wait for the brief” role, we’re looking for someone proactive, curious, and culturally plugged in.

What You’ll Do:
Create social-first content from idea to execution
Design engaging visuals for digital platforms
Shoot and edit videos (from quick content to more polished pieces)
Bring ideas to life fast, with a strong sense of storytelling
Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and account teams
Experiment with AI tools to elevate content and workflows

What We’re Looking For:
Strong design foundation (layout, typography, motion is a plus)
Confident in shooting and editing (mobile/camera)
Deep understanding of social platforms and trends
Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-powered creativity
A maker mindset, someone who executes, not just ideates
Detail-oriented, fast, and adaptable
