Marketing Executive

This job will be based at Asian Paints Doha Trading W.L.L., Qatar

Job Role:

Develop and drive all marketing initiatives and processes for Qatar Unit

Support team members to drive product initiatives and influencer activation in the Unit

Job Responsibilities:

Dealer Tinting System and Retailing Stores:

Identifying potential outlets and scoping customer traffic and experiences

Strengthening customer connect through sustained engagement and loyalty

Annual Marketing Plan (Product & Services):

Execution of key priorities and scoping key initiatives

Campaign and sales target achievement

Master Strokes Loyalty Program:

Working on execution and performance analysis

Ensuring increase in participation and supporting secondary sales

Influencer Program Expansion:

Influencer-level initiative targets

Influencers Engagement:

Execution of meets and collateral support

Applicator and Contractor Training:

Execution of training programs

Engagement and alignment with objectives

Driving Painting Service:

End-to-end support for retail team and contractors

Delivery of Beautiful Homes Painting Service

Shade Consultancy and Safe Painting Services

Site Sampling:

Planning and execution

Warranty & site submittals

Monthly reporting and business conversion

Reporting and Analytics:

Comprehensive reports

Monthly insights and performance data

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Business Management Studies – Marketing

Previous Experience: 3+ years. Prior work experience in Paints industry is a must

Language Fluency: English, Malayalam, Hindi

Skills and competencies: Brand and product management, sales promotion, analytical skills, adaptability, ability to work in a matrix structure
