Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a company social media strategy.
- Responsible for tracking whether or not social marketing efforts have been successful through goal setting with markers for identifying success through various online analytical tools.
- Encourage greater social media participation.
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy.
- To make sure that everything a brand shares aligns with the latest trend about beauty and being responsible to manage the operations of a social media campaign, working within the brand’s guidelines.
- Proficient in Digital Marketing
- Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
- Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
- Develop all marketing campaigns and plans before they are implemented
- Weighs in on important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
Qualifications
- Can Start immediately
- Proven experience in similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Photography & Videography, Video Editing and Meta Business Suite & Meta Ads.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
- Can speak Arabic
