Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Field Services Engineer (Supervisor) for a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The Field Services Engineer will primarily be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of X-Ray screening systems. Additionally, they will provide support for all X-Ray and trace product lines. This role includes supervising a team of Field Services Technicians and collaborating with project managers to ensure project completion within budget and to client satisfaction.

Qualifications 

  1. Hold a diploma in Electrical/Electronics or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSc Eng.) with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  2. Experience working in a Field Service Environment, preferably within the X-Ray industry.
  3. Certification in Level 4 Maintenance of RTT/ETD & BPI Systems.
  4. Proficiency in Electronic & Mechanical Assembly, interpretation of wiring diagrams & schematics.
  5. Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Hydraulic, Electronics, or Complex Electromechanical equipment, including HV Systems.
  6. Familiarity with test equipment such as Digital Voltmeters (DVM) and oscilloscopes. Experience with high voltage and x-ray producing equipment is advantageous.
