We are currently in search of a Lead QA/QC Engineer with the following qualifications:

  • Must be currently located in Qatar
  • Possess 5 to 7 years of experience as a Senior or Lead QA/QC Engineer
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of fire protection and fire alarm systems
  • Responsible for creating and overseeing the company’s QA/QC manual, including supervising all revisions and updates
  • Manage the distribution of all quality-related documents within the company
  • Monitor and oversee all quality-related activities throughout the project
  • Ensure that contractor quality requirements are communicated to vendors and that contractor documentation submissions meet specifications
  • Attend meetings related to client quality management
  • Prepare and manage project quality system documentation before the project commences
  • Continuously track and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the project’s quality management system, implementing improvements as needed
  • Coordinate all QA/QC activities
  • Address and resolve all customer complaints
  • Maintain control over all documentation upon the project’s completion
