Position: Restaurant Manager (Candidate must be locally available in Qatar)
Location: Qatar
Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic (Mother Tongue)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team, providing guidance and support.
  • Uphold elevated standards of quality, hygiene, and service across the restaurant.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team for seamless front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee budgets to achieve financial goals.
  • Conceptualize and promote special events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain patrons.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate of a Hotel Management School.
  • Fluent in Arabic (Mother Tongue), with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven track record in restaurant management or a related role.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with local food trends and customer preferences.
  • Knowledgeable about health, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
