Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
- Lead and manage a dedicated team, providing guidance and support.
- Uphold elevated standards of quality, hygiene, and service across the restaurant.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team for seamless front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee budgets to achieve financial goals.
- Conceptualize and promote special events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain patrons.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate of a Hotel Management School.
- Fluent in Arabic (Mother Tongue), with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proven track record in restaurant management or a related role.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with local food trends and customer preferences.
- Knowledgeable about health, safety regulations, and quality standards.

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
