Job Description:
Department: Procurement Industry: Healthcare Duration: 1 Year (Renewable Contract) Immediate Hiring
Key Account Responsibilities:
As an Inventory Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring seamless procurement processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing purchase orders to address urgent requirements, supporting efficient SCM operations.
- Building strategic relationships with suppliers, ensuring well-structured post-award operations and effective supplier engagement.
- Monitoring supplier performance through key performance indicators and timely delivery of items. Collaborating with Materials Management for user feedback and implementing continuous service improvement plans.
- Conducting performance benchmarking and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement enhancement opportunities.
- Managing major incident reviews, facilitating lessons learned sessions, and driving service improvements.
- Collaborating with Procurement to plan and renew contracts, contributing to an effective forward procurement strategy.
- Exploring value and partnership opportunities with suppliers to align with the Procurement strategy.
- Confirming delivery dates with vendors and supporting customs and logistics teams.
- Escalating vendor performance issues to Supply Chain Operations and reporting via Lawson.
- Developing training materials to enhance team knowledge.
- Adhering to the Company’s standards, including the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies.
- Performing assigned duties and reporting as required.
