Position 1: Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare budget forecasts for the company’s financial planning.
- Ensure timely publication of financial statements.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure timely and accurate bank payments for various transactions.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements for financial analysis.
- Provide regular reports on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Conduct audits of financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and conduct all tasks with integrity.
- Experience with ERP solutions is preferred, especially in a contracting company.
Position 2: Male Nurse
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Labour Camp setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in general nursing.
- Mandatory MOPH Certificate.
