We are looking for two male Transportation Supervisors for a Formula 1 event job in Lusail, Qatar. The event runs from 22 November to 2 December 2026 at the Waldorf Astoria Lusail. This is a temporary role for people who enjoy managing teams and moving guests during a major sporting event.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate transportation staff during the event
  • Manage daily transport operations for event guests and teams
  • Keep good communication between team members and event organisers
  • Help solve problems quickly when schedules change

Requirements

  • Experience in event operations and transportation management
  • Strong team supervision and coordination skills
  • A valid light driving licence
  • Fluent English; Arabic speakers are preferred
  • Previous FIFA or major event experience is an advantage
