OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This individually contributing role ensures his/her unit/division marketing plan is line with the principal strategy and work rigorously on execution of the same on timely manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
1. Operations
- Responsible for tracking of job orders
- Responsible for the listing of promos
- First level Customer/ supplier interface with regards to negotiations on marketing spends Solves basic customer problems within prescribed guidelines
- Ensuring Customer/ supplier satisfaction
- Provides operational support to assigned trade marketing Supervisor
2. Analysis

4. Innovation
- Contribute towards developing Customer loyalty and principal retention programs.
- Communicate observations to Supervisors on:
- Marketing spends
- Investment plan by customer
- Identifies needs and improvement opportunity
- Provides recommendation of innovative solutions to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement at a process level, such as
- Consumer promotions
- Promo packaging
- Works towards achieving own set objectives
Skills
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Education and Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Marketing
2. Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing & Sales
3. Management
- Minimum of 2 years background on FMCG Business is preferred but not required
4. Skills and Abilities
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word)
