Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • Follow up with customers as needed.
  • Explain products or services clearly and persuade customers in a polite way.
  • Keep a positive attitude while speaking with people.

Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Fluent English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer calls and follow-ups.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
