We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team in Qatar. This role suits a person who is experienced in finding, screening and placing workers. Both female and male candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through portals, social media and referrals.
- Screen, interview and shortlist applicants.
- Coordinate the mobilization of workers.
- Keep accurate candidate records in the database.
- Work closely with managers to meet hiring needs.
Requirements
- 4.5 to 5 years of recruitment experience in Qatar, preferably in a manpower supply company.
- Good knowledge of Qatar labor laws, visa processing and recruitment procedures.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Tagalog.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Skilled in recruitment portals, social media and database management.
