Store Sales Manager cum Business Development

We are looking for a Store Sales Manager with business development skills to join our team for a job in Qatar. This role suits a sales-driven professional who can run a retail store, grow revenue and open new business channels. The position is open to female candidates, with Filipino candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations so that everything runs smoothly.
• Work towards sales targets, revenue growth and overall store performance.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to give excellent customer service.
• Find new business opportunities, possible markets and locations for expansion.
• Build corporate sales, B2B partnerships and new revenue channels.
• Keep track of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.
• Oversee product displays, merchandising and inventory.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare sales reports and give regular updates to management.
• Support the opening of additional retail outlets.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, store management or business development.
• Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, fashion or luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong sales, leadership and business development skills.
• A proven record of meeting sales targets and managing a team.
• Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently based in Qatar with a valid QID.
• A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
