A well-known project team in Doha is looking for an experienced Site Foreman to lead luxury interior fit-out, modern decoration and smart home integration work. The role focuses on keeping daily site activities on track and making sure the finished work matches the approved designs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities, subcontractors and workers.
  • Inspect completed work against architectural drawings.
  • Monitor the installation of plaster, gypsum board, flooring, painting and smart home wiring.
  • Reduce material waste on site.
  • Make sure quality and safety standards are followed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with major contracting or fit-out companies.
  • Knowledge of modern interior decoration and smart home infrastructure.
  • Good leadership, communication and site management skills.
  • A valid driving licence.
