Senior BIM Engineer (ELV / ICT / Physical Security Systems)

We are looking for a Senior BIM Engineer to join our team in Qatar. This role focuses on ELV, ICT, security and life safety systems, with strong Revit and AutoCAD work for building projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Revit/BIM models for ELV, ICT and physical security systems.
• Prepare and maintain AutoCAD drawings that follow drawing standards, layers, Xrefs, blocks and plotting settings.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, MEP, site and consultant teams to solve design clashes.
• Support the design of fire alarm, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi and intercom systems.
• Review drawings and mark up changes using Navisworks or PDF markup tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ELV, ICT, security and life safety systems.
• Strong background in fire alarm systems; supplier or consultancy experience is preferred.
• Mandatory skills in Revit/BIM and AutoCAD; Microsoft Excel is also needed.
• Edwards Fire Safety (EST3 / EST4) certification is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with good English.
