Job Description:

The role includes responsibilities such as responding to calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, creating reports and presentations, managing files and records, providing administrative assistance, overseeing the General Manager’s calendar, ensuring smooth communication with Senior Managers, reviewing and disseminating memos, submissions, and reports, handling correspondence and documents, carrying out administrative duties for the General Manager, working in conjunction with the Admin Manager, and organizing meetings for visitors with the General Manager based on priority.

Requirements:

-Clerical Skills: Proficiency in accurate typing, recording data, and handling files and paperwork
-Excellent Communication skills: Capability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both orally and in writing.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on PowerPoint, Excel and Word
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable — Must be fluent in English.
