We are hiring an experienced Safety Manager for a job in Shahaniya, Qatar. This role is for a qualified professional who can lead health, safety and environment (HSE) work on site and make sure projects follow Qatar rules and international safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, put in place and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
  • Carry out regular site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Make sure work follows safety regulations and project requirements.
  • Lead and supervise the HSE team.
  • Investigate incidents and set up corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HSE management.
  • NEBOSH Diploma, IGC or an equivalent professional HSE qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and international safety standards.
