Recruitment Officer

Candidzone is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Recruitment Officer for a construction project. This is a recruitment job in Lusail, Qatar, and suits HR professionals who have worked on large-scale hiring in the construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for both site and office roles, from finding candidates to onboarding them.
• Carry out bulk or mass recruitment to meet the project’s manpower needs.
• Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Work closely with hiring managers, the PRO, C&B, and OD teams.
• Keep recruitment trackers and manpower plans up to date, and protect confidential records.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic. This is mandatory.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in bulk recruitment within the construction industry.
• A valid Qatar ID (QID). This is mandatory.
• Good organisation skills and clear communication skills.
