Responsibilities:
- Compile and deliver comprehensive monthly reports to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with fellow procurement team members to streamline and automate procurement processes within our ERP system, enhancing efficiency and precision.
- Coordinate with the Finance department to resolve discrepancies in received invoices and provide support for supply chain operations.
- Initiate communication with selected suppliers to secure accurate and timely quotations, following the guidance of the Procurement Manager.
- Execute all procurement activities in strict accordance with the directives of the Procurement Manager, ensuring adherence to established procurement protocols.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a solid 5-year track record in procurement and supply chain management.
- Exhibit proficiency in our company’s ERP system, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Possess knowledge of automated procurement processes and their successful implementation within an ERP system.
- Show meticulous attention to detail and excel at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Display outstanding problem-solving skills, enabling you to tackle unforeseen challenges in procurement and ERP system usage.
