An Engineering, Manufacturing, and Automation company based in Qatar is urgently looking for an experienced PLC Engineer to join its team. This is a PLC engineer job in Qatar, and the company is hiring one person for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Program PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systems for industrial automation projects.
  • Work with VFDs and control panels at a basic level.
  • Read electrical drawings and control schematics.
  • Troubleshoot automation systems and solve technical faults.
  • Communicate clearly with project and site teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, Automation or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in PLC and industrial automation.
  • Excellent knowledge of PLC, HMI and SCADA programming.
  • Familiarity with Modbus, Profinet, Profibus and Ethernet/IP.
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Transferable visa, NOC and Qatar driving license are required.
