Al-Balagh Trading and Contracting Co. W.L.L. is looking for a construction planner to join its team. This planner job in Qatar suits a civil engineer who understands how construction projects are scheduled from the tender stage through to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tender programmes for construction projects.
  • Plan manpower and equipment needs across the project.
  • Build resource loading plans and prepare S-curves.
  • Use Primavera P6 and MS Excel to track and update project schedules.
  • Support the tender team with planning inputs and timelines.

Requirements

  • A qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • About 5 to 6 years of experience in construction planning.
  • Good knowledge of construction tender planning.
  • Working skills in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
  • Experience with manpower and equipment scheduling.
  • Ability to prepare resource loading and S-curve reports.
