Piling and Foundation Specialist Roles

Ammico is hiring for several piling, foundation and geotechnical roles. This is a good chance to build a career in Qatar’s construction sector. The openings cover eleven positions, from engineering and supervision to equipment operation and surveying. Each role has its own experience level, so please check the details for the position you want.

Responsibilities

• QA/QC Engineer: check that piling and foundation work meets quality standards.
• Site Superintendent and Site Supervisor / Foreman: manage daily work on site and guide the team.
• Chargehand: lead a small group of workers on the ground.
• Land Surveyor and Assistant Surveyor: set out and measure site positions.
• Safety Officer: keep the site safe and follow safety rules.
• Hydraulic Mechanic and Assistant Mechanic: maintain and repair equipment.
• Piling Rig Operator, Crane Operator and Anchor Drill / Micro Drill Operator: run heavy equipment safely.

Requirements

• Relevant experience depends on the role, usually from 3 to 8+ years.
• Oil and gas experience is preferred or required for several earthworks positions.
• Qatar operator licences are preferred for some heavy equipment and driving roles.
• Candidates with a transferable visa are preferred.
