Operations Manager – Food & Beverage

Cloudeats Kitchen is looking for an Operations Manager to lead its food and beverage business in Qatar. This is an operations job in Qatar where you will oversee several F&B brands and restaurant outlets at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple F&B brands and restaurant outlets.
• Manage sales, profitability and operational targets (KPIs).
• Monitor food cost, labour cost, wastage and stock levels.
• Lead restaurant managers and area managers.
• Keep brand, hygiene and food safety standards high at every outlet.
• Support the opening of new outlets and business expansion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food and beverage operations.
• Experience managing more than one restaurant outlet.
• Strong understanding of costs, sales results and inventory control.
• Good leadership skills and the ability to manage managers.
